Role Description

This is an internship role for a Customer Service and Property Management Intern, based on-site in Kuala Lumpur. The intern will assist in managing day-to-day customer service tasks, supporting property management operations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues. They will collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure property management standards are upheld, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the real estate industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions and inquiries effectively.
  • Organizational and time management skills for assisting with property management tasks and documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency being an advantage.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Property Management, or other relevant fields.
