About the Role

Join our Godivateam at our KLCC Outlet.Godiva, the world-famous chocolate brand known for luxury, craftsmanship, and indulgence. As a Retail Associate, you'll create a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer, helping them discover premium chocolates and gifts that delight the senses.

What You Will Do

  • Greet and engage customers with warmth, confidence, and care.
  • Discover customers "taste" and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Maintain the store's luxurious presentation and ensure displays are attractive and organized at all times.
  • Support the team in daily store operations including stock management, VM and cashiering
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve assigned sales targets and celebrate success.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for customer service and a love for premium chocolates.
  • Confident, approachable, and team-oriented personality
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Retail/F&B experience desired, but motivated newcomers with a strong drive are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
