- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legislative requirements.
- Prepare monthly payroll and statutory forms such as KWSP, SOSCO, EIS, LHDN, and HRDF for submission of contributions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, conducting background checks, and onboarding.
- Handling cases of disciplinary and grievance issues and provide counselling on policies & procedures.
- Oversee and manage the performance management system.
- Achieving the company's yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) efficiently.
- Prepare and submit foreign worker applications, renew foreign worker visas, and manage exit procedures.
- Monitoring attendance of staff, foreign worker and trainee as well as generating a monthly repo
- Check and process staff claims, allowances, and overtime.
- Conduct thorough and efficient exit procedures for both staff and trainees.
- Update and maintain bookkeeping of all company leave records.
- Update medical and group insurance records with clinic and insurance agents.
- Maintain bookkeeping of training records in accordance with ISO policy.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on our core values, accountability and growth.
- Maintain good working relationships with superior, employees, colleagues, HODs, and third parties.
- Participate in all HR related tasks assigned by supervisor, ensuring confidetiality and professionalism in all HR activities.
- Perform proper filing and management of company documents.
- Participate in ad-hoc requests.
- Demonstrates trustworthiness and reliability with a strong sense of integrity.
- Exhibits the ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors.
- Possesses strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective problem solver.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT / Copilot / Gemini.
- Strong skills in data entry, analysis, reporting frameworks, and bookkeeping.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Holds at least a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Management.
- Owns a car and is able to travel within the Klang Valley.
- Proven working experience as an HR Executive or in similar roles for at least two years.
