- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm, alternate Saturday 1pm
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
- Manage sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance, warehouse) to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain customer records, price lists, and product information in the system.
- Prepare sales reports, monthly forecasts, and performance summaries.
Export Coordination
- Handle export documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, LC documents).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs brokers.
- Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and notify customers of shipment status.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and country-specific requirements.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and product availability.
- Maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors.
- Assist in resolving delivery or documentation issues promptly.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or export operations, fresh graduate in logistics are welcome to apply.
- Solid understanding of export procedures, Incoterms, and logistics workflows.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good command of English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
