Job Description

  • To be responsible for processing and filling of Sales & Purchase Agreements, Loan Agreements and other related documents.
  • To ensure that all sales transactions and all payments by purchasers are updated into the Developer System.
  • To assist superiors to prepare and generate periodic Sales Reports, Management Reports and other reports as and when required.
  • To perform and carry out all other assignments or duties related to the Sales & Marketing from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least O level or SPM or equivalent.
  • Computer literate i.e Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferably/Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Working Days And Working Hours

  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
