We are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Specialist to provide support and solutions across payroll, HR data, HR systems, and processes. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, and high-quality service delivery, while contributing to process improvements, automation, and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll and HR data processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Administer personnel requests, terminations, time and attendance, salary reviews, and employee benefits.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, systems, and local legislation; respond to employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization; participate in related projects.
  • Maintain knowledge documents and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • 1–2 years' experience in HR operations or payroll; experience with HR procedures and local statutory requirements preferred.
  • Proficiency with payroll systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) required due to China market support
  • Understanding of HR principles and employment laws in the supported country is a plus.
