IT Monitoring & Operations Engineers
to join our team supporting a
global technology brand

What You'll Do

  • Provide
    24x7 monitoring
    and alert response for infrastructure, applications, and business processes.
  • Manage incident tickets, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate to L1.5/L2 teams when needed.
  • Conduct manual system checks and support scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Handle standard service requests such as access provisioning and monitoring adjustments.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation to ensure process compliance.
  • Work collaboratively across IT teams to ensure system stability and uptime.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years
    of experience in
    IT operations / monitoring / NOC support
    .
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication in English (Mandarin understanding is a plus).
  • Willingness to work on a
    rotational 24x7 shift
    schedule.
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
