Job Description

a) Overall in charge of advertisement, recruitment and selection process. (Maintain all database for all positions, fix appointment for interviews, and issue letter of appointment);

b) To check all staff monthly claims and make sure the submission of forms and claims are in order i.e. in accordance with the Company policies and procedures.

c) To manage and arrange training for staff. To execute and facilitate all trainings related activities.

d) Upkeep internal and external training records of staff and to apply grant, claim from HRDCorp.

e) Update and maintain Annual Leave records and Medical records;

f) To prepare On-boarding documents for new recruits.

h) To prepare Month Payroll reports for all the staff.

Requirements :-

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Admin;
  • At least 1 year working experience in HR field, preferable in Property Management Industry.
  • Good knowledge in Employment Acts, IR Laws.
  • Possess own transportation.

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
