About the Role

As the Distribution Sales Manager, you'll take charge of managing and growing our distribution channels (distributors, dealers, system integrators) in Malaysia. You will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing the commercial success of strong relationships with our key partners.

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Manage Sales Performance: Oversee dealers' and distributors' sales turnover, pricing, and inventory to meet business objectives. Drive sales growth through project and diffused sales while leading a team.
  • Build and Strengthen Relationships: Foster sustainable relationships with key distributors/dealers by ensuring effective communication of product information, pricing, and purchasing processes.
  • Market Insights and Strategies: Provide market intelligence to align solutions with customer/channel needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and increase product visibility.
  • Training and Development: Train and coach channel staff (sales, marketing, technical) to enhance product knowledge and promote Hager solutions.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Implement and ensure business risk management and compliance strategies across channels.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements);

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or Business/Marketing.
  • Proven experience in the LV (Low Voltage) market is highly desirable.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in residential/commercial construction sales, preferably within dealers or channel management.
