Job Responsibilities

  1. Talent Strategy Development

  2. Design and implement regional recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.

  3. Provide market intelligence and insights to influence hiring decisions.

  4. End-to-End Recruitment Management (Regional Expansion & COE)

  5. Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and niche roles.

  6. Oversee sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.

  7. Specialized recruitment initiatives for Center of Excellence (COE) roles.

  8. Stakeholder Engagement

  9. Partner with senior leadership across departments to forecast hiring needs.

  10. Act as a talent advisor to stakeholders, ensuring a consultative approach.

  11. Team Leadership

  12. Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators across markets.

  13. Establish and track KPIs for the recruitment team.

  14. Process Excellence & Employer Branding

  15. Optimise recruitment processes, systems and metrics.

  16. Drive employer branding initiatives regionally to position the firm as an employer of choice.

  17. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

  18. Integrate DEI into recruitment practices to ensure diverse talent pipelines.

  19. Induction & Onboarding

  20. Coordinate and deliver comprehensive orientation programs to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and workplace expectations.

  21. Ensure a smooth onboarding process by managing documentation, facilitating introductions to key teams, and providing ongoing support during the probation period.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
  • 7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or leadership role.
  • Proven track record hiring across multiple SEA/APAC countries.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or a high-growth environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for talent, leadership development, and driving culture through hiring.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employer branding, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition trends in regional markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to manage multiple roles and priorities across different geographies.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making; experienced in using recruitment metrics and dashboards for performance and process improvement.
  • Results-focused, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects from strategy to execution.
