- Maintain a secure and up-to-date record of employee passports and other official documents, particularly for foreign workers or employees on international assignments.
- Monitor & renew passport and visa expiry dates, and coordinate timely renewals or applications with relevant authorities or agencies.
- Liaise with employees and external service providers (e.g. embassies, immigration consultants) to facilitate smooth document processing.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting relevant data and documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role; HR experience is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills & excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices & strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
5 working days (8am-5pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
