  • Maintain a secure and up-to-date record of employee passports and other official documents, particularly for foreign workers or employees on international assignments.
  • Monitor & renew passport and visa expiry dates, and coordinate timely renewals or applications with relevant authorities or agencies.
  • Liaise with employees and external service providers (e.g. embassies, immigration consultants) to facilitate smooth document processing.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by collecting relevant data and documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role; HR experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills & excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices & strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.

5 working days (8am-5pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
