Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and audits of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
  • Identify non-conformances and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support internal and external quality audits, including documentation and report preparation.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure all operations comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate QA documentation and records for continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing or plastic injection moulding environment.
  • Solid understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems and documentation practices.
  • Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Skilled in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) without the use of a calculator.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Class D driving license.
