About the role

SKINLAB BIOCHEM RESOURCES (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking talented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers. This is a full-time position offering competitive remuneration and excellent career development opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and prospecting new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Conducting effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services
  • Negotiating MOQ and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining and growing existing customer accounts through excellent relationship management
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Providing regular sales reports and updates to the management team
  • Continuously seeking to expand your product knowledge and sales skills

What we're looking for

  1. We prefer candidates who are 【proficient in Chinese】, as this skill will be an advantage when communicating with our clients and partners.
  2. 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the consumer products industry
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales
  5. Proficient in using sales and CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions
  6. A self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for exceeding sales targets
  7. A team player who is willing to collaborate with cross-functional departments
