About the Job

Our client is a well-established Japanese multinational company operating in the printing, packaging, and content creation industry. With a long-standing presence in Malaysia and a global network across Asia, Europe, and the U.S., the company is recognized for delivering high-quality printing, translation, and multimedia solutions to major clients in various sectors. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our client's growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for business development, customer relationship management, and sales strategy. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, promoting solutions, and expanding the company's presence within the market.

Job Responsibilities

● Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients

● Provide product knowledge, maintain client communication, and deliver excellent service

● Develop new customer accounts and maintain existing relationships

● Monitor and report on competitor activities and market conditions

● Manage accurate records of pricing, quotations, and sales reports

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities via research, networking, and cold calls

● Prepare and submit professional quotations based on client requirements

● Support timely payment collection and follow credit control procedures

● Ensure achievement of sales budget and profit margins

● Plan and execute strategic sales and marketing activities

● Review monthly sales performance and assist in preparing annual reports

● Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

● Leverage AI development tools to enhance code quality and developer productivity. Qualifications & Experiences Needed

● Diploma or Degree in any field

● Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Printing & Packaging, or Business Development

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

● Goal-driven and capable of working independently

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications

● Comfortable working in a competitive and fast-paced environment

● Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English What's In It For You
