Sales Co-ordinator

Johor

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to daily walk-in customers and visitors upon their arrival
  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Update and maintain reports, database and filling.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the immediate superior/Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Experience in customer service, help desk, hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication, motivated, positive, willing to learn and work in a team.
  • Presentable, with professional appearance and pleasant personality.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Southkey, Johor.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Able to work on a duty rostering which may include weekends and public holidays.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,900.00 per month
