Sales Support Administrator

Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to Sales Department.
- Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates, prepare and distribute monthly reports.
- Track sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing reports.
- Maintain promotional database by inputting invoice and bill-back data.
- Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, answering questions.
- Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
- Forward samples by entering request, arranging shipment, notifying customer.
- Prepare sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats and materials.
- Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Secondary / STPM / A-Level / Pre-U or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.
- Able to work well in a fast-pace environment.
- Able to work independently at the same time a good team player.
- Possess keen eye for details, dependable, able to multi-task and take initiative in solving problems.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to speak and write in Chinese would be an added advantage.
- Display a positive attitude, friendly personality, able to interact with various groups/levels of people and willing to learn for self-improvement.
