Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
  • Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on order status and delivery.
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM data.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-up activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales administration or coordination (fresh grads with strong skills may be considered).
  • Required language(s): English and B.M; Korean is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
