About the Role

We're looking for a builder and strategist who thrives on ambiguity and impact. As Director, CEO Office, you'll work directly with the CEO to shape strategy, drive execution, and tackle the organization's most critical priorities. This is not a traditional role — it's a front-row seat at the decision-making table with the mandate to turn ideas into results.

You'll solve problems that don't come pre-defined, lead initiatives that cut across business lines, and help steer the trajectory of a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the CEO Office's control tower, ensuring accountability and measurable results across business units
  • Evaluate and execute strategic options for portfolio companies, including growth, expansion, and turnarounds
  • Lead post-merger integration and synergy realization, embedding best practices across teams
  • Drive operational transformation, organizational design, and IPO readiness initiatives
  • Anchor C-suite discussions in data and unit economics, shaping forward-looking P&L outcomes
  • Step in to solve urgent challenges while building scalable, long-term solutions

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or senior operational leadership
  • Must have experience in a regional role, ideally covering Singapore or multiple APAC markets
  • Proven track record in high-impact initiatives, transformations, and integrations
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to link strategy to P&L impact
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at executive and board level
  • Agile, resilient, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM23, RM28,000.00 per month
