HR Assistant

- Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and staff movements
- Prepare HR letters, memos, and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats
- Support monthly payroll preparation (attendance, OT verification, claims, etc.)
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related support
- Coordinate training, staff activities, HR events, and administrative matters
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed accordingly
- Any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager/Management
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & basic HR documentation
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
