Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and staff movements
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats
  • Support monthly payroll preparation (attendance, OT verification, claims, etc.)
  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related support
  • Coordinate training, staff activities, HR events, and administrative matters
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed accordingly
  • Any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager/Management

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & basic HR documentation
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
