Job Description:

Prepare & execute work orders for Corrective and Programmed maintenance related to Electrical Services including:

i. Low Voltage System

ii. Luminaires & Electrical equipment

iii. Earthing System iv. Generator Set

v. Extra Low Voltage

vi. Uninterruptible Power Supply

vii. Air Conditioning System Perform the repairs & maintenance of all electrical breakdowns of the LV System.

Responsible for the efficient operations and functions of all electrical and mechanical installations and equipment such as Electrical power supply and distribution system, Lighting system, Fire Protection system, Air-conditioning system, Water supply system, and building maintenance services. Ensure safety and security of all mechanical and electrical rooms, including standby generator sets, LV switch rooms, Chiller plants, Water supply pump rooms, switch room.

All other duties assigned from time to time by the superior and/or company. Requirements: Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Minimum Wireman PW4 Grade from Suruhanjaya Tenaga Minimum 3 years of experience in facility or maintenance management in a commercial building, plant, or factory.

Possess good knowledge in Building services applicable to high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed development.

Possess good interpersonal skills and able to maintain effective working relationships.

Fair oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,200.00 per month
