What you'll be doing?
  • Recruitment & Performance Management: Take charge of end-to-end recruitment processes and manage employee performance, ensuring a talented and motivated workforce.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Review and implement HR policies, staying up-to-date with Malaysian labor laws to maintain a compliant and fair workplace.
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, providing valuable insights to drive business success.
  • Employee Relations & Discipline: Handle workplace issues with sensitivity, ensuring fair resolution and a positive work environment.
  • Foreign Worker Management: Oversee all aspects of foreign worker affairs, from permits to accommodation, ensuring their wellbeing and legal compliance.
  • Training & Safety Management: Create impactful training programs and implement OHSAS policies to foster employee growth and workplace safety.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: A degree in Human Resource, Business Management, or related field, providing a strong foundation in HR and strategic management.
  • Industry Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, with proven leadership and comprehensive HR management skills.
  • Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Malaysian Labour Laws and current practices to ensure effective compliance management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and HR software, with a willingness to adapt to new systems as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, essential for effective interaction across all levels of the organization.
  • Professional Qualities: A positive, resourceful individual who thrives under pressure and works well both independently and as part of a team.
