Drive Real Business Impact

  • Work directly with mid-sized to enterprise customers and become a trusted advisor for their IT and digital needs.
  • Help clients modernize their business through Managed IT Services, Outsourcing, and Digital Solutions.


Own Your Sales Journey

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing — your pipeline, your wins.
  • Identify new opportunities through proactive outreach, strong networking, and C-level engagements.
  • Strengthen and grow existing accounts while opening new ones (50% farming, 50% hunting).


Collaborate with a Strong Team

  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and internal support who ensure you're always backed by expertise.
  • Contribute to solution design, RFP submissions, and customer implementations.


Build a High-Performance Portfolio

  • Strategically plan sales actions and drive account coverage with structured tools (SAP, PDCA).
  • Deliver insights and recommendations that genuinely help customers improve their operations.

    3+ years of IT sales or enterprise sales experience.
  • Love building long-term customer relationships and helping clients solve real problems.
  • Understand how to position IT solutions like Managed Services & Resource Outsourcing.
  • Are confident with prospecting, cold calling, and engaging C-suite decision-makers.
