Job Responsibilities & Job Requirements:

  • Sales via Phone: Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable financial solution and goals.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet individual and team sales goals through effective phone communication.
  • Product Knowledge: Master and accurately introduce loan products to customers.
  • Record and Report: Accurately track call details and report progress and sales data to the supervisor.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure, and a team player.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Telemarketing experience is a plus, but not required.

What We Offer:

  • 5 working days (9.30am-5.30pm)
  • Salary: RM 2,000 - RM 2,500 per month, with additional allowances and incentives; which can easily achieve up to RM6,000 monthly ++ and more
