Homestay Customer Service Job Opportunity

Location: Taman Molek, Johor Bahru

Job Scope

  • Respond to guest enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance teams to ensure top-tier guest experience
  • Analyse customer feedback and suggest property improvements
  • Handle bookings, customer claims, and invoice processing

Requirements

  • Proficient in written & verbal Mandarin (English/Malay is a bonus)
  • 6 working days per week (weekday off)
  • Willing to work on weekends
  • Honest, responsible, reliable, and a good team player
  • Able to learn independently and adapt to new challenges
