  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues promptly, and ensure first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Assist customers with billing clarifications, payment issues, and plan upgrades or changes.
  • Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and technical issues following CelcomDigi guidelines.
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain clear and detailed case notes in the CRM system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining service quality standards.
  • Meet performance KPIs including response time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.
