- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails related to CelcomDigi services, products, and account inquiries.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues promptly, and ensure first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Assist customers with billing clarifications, payment issues, and plan upgrades or changes.
- Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and technical issues following CelcomDigi guidelines.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain clear and detailed case notes in the CRM system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining service quality standards.
- Meet performance KPIs including response time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.
