  • Salurkan maklumat projek antara jabatan atau pasukan

3. Pengurusan Kewangan Asas

  • Sediakan permohonan pembayaran, invois dan tuntutan
  • Rekod bajet dan kos projek untuk semakan pihak atasan

4. Laporan Projek

  • Sediakan laporan kemajuan projek mingguan/bulanan
  • Kemas kini status projek dalam sistem

5. Sokongan Operasi

  • Sokong kerja-kerja teknikal atau pemantauan jika diperlukan

7. Pemantauan & Pematuhan

  • Pastikan semua proses ikut SOP dan garis masa
  • Semak bahawa semua keperluan projek dipenuhi tepat pada masa
