Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Watch Specialist. The Watch Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing personalized recommendations, and offering exceptional service. Daily tasks include maintaining extensive knowledge of our watch collections, assisting with purchases, and ensuring a welcoming and luxurious retail environment. The role also involves educating clients about watch culture and the unique qualities of our product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Passion for luxury watches, knowledge of horology, and the ability to learn about diverse watch brands
  • Sales and customer service skills, with experience in retail or luxury industries preferred
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain an elegant store environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced team-oriented setting
  • Fluency in English and additional language skills are an advantage
  • Professional demeanor and appearance to uphold our brand's standards
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
