About the Role:

The F&B Hostess responsible to always welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Ascertains their dining needs. Seats guests and manage the seating chart. Monitor's restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Ascertains their dining needs.

  • Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
  • Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
  • Help fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of total retail experience.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree (desirable) in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to communicate and work as a team.
  • Proven organisational skills – able to manage basic cleanliness & apply safety regulations at workplace.
  • Ability to implement ideas and creativity to help business to grow.
