Key Responsibilities:

  • Support retail loan applications: Mortgage, ASB, Auto Finance, Credit Card, Personal Loan, Overdraft.
  • Work with FLASH, DMS, CRM, and AI systems.
  • Integrate REST APIs and manage workflow/interface specifications.
  • Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT support.
  • Manage source code version control, deployments, and test environments.
  • Prepare documentation and ensure compliance for production and DR.
  • Provide post-implementation support to business users.
