The Junior Facility Management Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of company facilities and vehicles to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance. This role covers facility upkeep, vendor coordination, space management, and facility administration. It is a junior level position offering the opportunity to develop expertise in facilities management while contributing directly to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Management

  • Facility Maintenance:
    Manage daily maintenance tasks including minor repairs, servicing, and general upkeep of the building, equipment, and utilities.
  • Vendor Coordination:
    Work closely with contractors and service providers for repairs, installations, and facility services.
  • Facility Operations:
    Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of workplace areas.
  • Inventory Management:
    Monitor and control supplies, tools, and equipment required for facility operations.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    Ensure facilities meet occupational health, safety, and regulatory standards; support inspections and audits.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, service schedules, and inspection reports.
  • Space Management:
    Support office/facility layout planning and workspace optimization.
  • Project Support:
    Assist in facility-related projects such as renovations, expansions, or relocations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 –3 years of experience
    in facilities & operational management.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with vendors, contractors, and drivers.
  • Good technical knowledge of facility systems and vehicle maintenance processes.
  • Familiarity with safety, health, and transportation compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility/fleet tracking tools.
  • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform occasional tasks involving manual activity.
