Customer Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and prepare relevant documentation for order processing
  • Assist clients with product selection
  • Manage delivery orders to customers
  • Manage after-sales issues relating to replacements and repairs
  • Liaise with Logistics, CM & procurement department to advise customers on order status
  • Work with sales department to resolve customers' feedback/issues
  • Monitor sales order backlog and incoming shipment for delivery planning
  • Follow up on pricing, code creation from CM Team.
  • To use external channels such as whatapps, zolo, or any new channel the company might adopt to communicate with customers when necessary.
  • Other duties assign by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / 'A' levels
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in related field with purchasing/F&B background
  • Proficient in MS applications
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Must be meticulous and able to pay attention to details
  • Willing to learn and adapt
  • Efficient and ability to complete customer service sales cycle
  • To follow Singapore work calendar.
