Responsibilities / 工作职责:

  • Handle export customer inquiries, orders, and shipment arrangements.

处理出口客户的询问、订单及出货安排。

  • Communicate with overseas customers mainly in Chinese and English via email, phone, and messaging platforms.

通过电子邮件、电话及通讯软件以中英文与海外客户沟通。

  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.

与销售、物流及生产团队协调,确保订单顺利处理并准时交货。

  • Prepare export documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs forms.

准备出口相关文件,如发票、装箱单、送货单及海关文件。

  • Follow up on payments, shipment schedules, and delivery status with customers.

跟进客户付款、出货进度及交货状态。

  • Maintain and update customer databases, order records, and shipping information.

维护及更新客户资料、订单记录及出货信息。

  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.

协助专业并及时地处理客户投诉或问题。

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.

监督并确保遵守出口法规及公司政策。

  • Provide administrative support to the export and sales departments.

为出口及销售部门提供行政支持。

  • Perform other duties assigned by the superior or management.

执行上司或管理层指派的其他工作。

Requirements / 职位要求:

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

拥有供应链管理、商业管理、物流或相关领域之文凭或学士学位。

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or export operations (preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG).

至少2至4年采购、物流或出口操作经验(食品制造或快速消费品行业者优先)。

  • Good understanding of import/export documentation, Incoterms, and shipping procedures.

熟悉进出口文件、国际贸易术语(Incoterms)及运输流程。

  • Must be proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin).

必须能流利使用中文(普通话)沟通及书写。

  • Familiar with ERP or inventory management systems.

熟悉ERP或库存管理系统。

  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

具备良好的谈判、协调与沟通能力。

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation control.

熟练使用Microsoft Excel及文件管理。

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.

注重细节,具良好组织能力,能在紧迫期限内完成工作。

  • Knowledge of vegetarian/plant-based ingredients and food safety standards (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP) is an added advantage.

了解素食或植物性原料及食品安全标准(如ISO 22000、FSSC 22000、HACCP、GMP)者优先。

  • Knowledge and experience in handling Import and Export documents (e.g., COO, CA, K1, K2, Form E, Health Cert, etc.)
