Join a fast-growing property developer and play a key role in supporting our Director's day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to gain exposure to business management and property development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between the Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support special assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High integrity, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Salary up to RM3,000 – RM3,500, depending on qualifications and suitability.
  • Willing to work in Bandar Dato Onn, Johor Bahru.
