We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in day-to-day operations and strategic business activities.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the main point of contact between the Managing Director, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Manage the MD's schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Conduct research and market analysis to support business planning.
  • Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate special projects and ensure tasks are completed on time.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
  • Good command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with clients and partners.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — training will be provided.
  • MISA membership is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Salary range: RM3,000–RM3,500, depending on qualifications and overall suitability.
  • Willing to work in Bandar Dato Onn, Johor Bahru.
