Admin cum Account Assistant (Full-Time)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Location:

Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur North Point Tower A

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin cum Account Assistant to join our team. This position involves handling general administrative tasks and assisting the in-house accounts department with basic accounting duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative and office operations
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, payment preparation, and filing
  • Maintain proper record-keeping and documentation
  • Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and payment vouchers
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments as needed
  • Support HR-related administrative matters when required
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Preferably Chinese-speaking candidate (for coordination with internal team and clients)
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting work (no need full set)
  • Good communication skills, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
