RESTAURANT OPERATIONS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD – KUALA LUMPUR
We're looking for a rare individual to take full ownership of a well-established, multi-award-winning destination restaurant with over 20 years of excellence and international recognition.
Located just 15 minutes from the city, yet a million miles away from the hustle, this is a highly distinctive venue — and not a conventional restaurant role.
The Mandate
Own the operation end-to-end and lead the next phase of commercial expansion.

Full responsibility for daily operations, service standards, people, and financial performance
