We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented team member to support the company's market intelligence and feasibility studies. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting property market data to assist in land acquisition, product planning, and management decision-making. The ideal candidate is curious, data-savvy, and eager to learn the strategic side of real estate development.

Key Responsibilities

1) Land & Market Feasibility Support

  • Assist in conducting feasibility studies for potential land acquisitions and new developments.
  • Compile competitor project data including pricing, product mix, take-up rates, and GDV performance.
  • Gather and update information on government policies, state approvals, and zoning guidelines.

2) Data & Research

  • Collect and organize data from sources such as NAPIC, JPPH, BNM, and DOSM.
  • Track transaction trends, overhang statistics, and key market indicators.
  • Support preparation of dashboards and analytical reports for management review.

3) Consumer & Agency Insights

  • Assist in conducting buyer surveys and focus group sessions to gather market feedback.
  • Compile and analyze buyer profiles, demographic data, and income segments.
  • Consolidate and summarize feedback from property agents on market demand and competitiveness.

4) Reporting & Presentation

  • Prepare concise market intelligence summaries and visual reports for internal use.
  • Support senior team members in preparing management presentations and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, Redash).
  • Highlight market observations and potential risks or opportunities identified through data analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Urban Planning, Economics, or Data Analytics.

Technical Skills:

  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Basic knowledge of GIS mapping tools, JPPH/NAPIC data, and valuation principles is an advantage.

Analytical & Research Skills:

  • Strong data interpretation and report-writing skills.
  • Keen interest in market research, property trends, and feasibility analysis.

Communication:

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support senior team members with research deliverables.
