Job Responsibilities:-

  • Collaborate with dealers and provide guidance on both digital and conventional marketing activities.
  • Review and evaluate dealers' proposed marketing activities to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Maintain close communication with dealers' marketing PICs to ensure smooth and seamless execution of approved marketing activities.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with dealers on regional marketing policies, strategies and plans.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to strengthen relationships and foster two-way constructive communication.
  • Carry out on-site visits to monitor and support dealer marketing activities.
  • Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking on competitors' dealership marketing activities and share insights with superiors.
  • Prepare monthly reports and post-activity evaluations for dealership marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant qualification.
  • At least 2 years of related working experience.
  • Candidate with less experience/ fresh graduate may be considered for Executive/ Senior Executive level.
  • Strong interpersonal and observation skills.
  • Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills.
