About the role

As an Assistant, Revenue Management, you will be responsible for supporting the revenue management team at W' in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will involve using your strong accounting and administrative skills to help the team deliver excellent results. You will be an integral part of the Finance department and work closely with the Revenue Management team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responsible in Delivery, Invoices and Mileage (DIM) function, processes and documentations.

  2. To assist in the overall functions of DIM by ensuring that the company's immediate and long-term goals and objectives with regards to the DIM are realised in accordance with the objectives of the Company

  3. To process the advance request by Drivers in accordance with the DIM report and standard guidelines and proposed advances amount for management review and approval

  4. To participate in various committees and task forces assigned from time to time

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of relevant experience in an accounts or revenue management role
  2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications (must good in Excel)
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  6. Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance would be an advantage
