  • To prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns and other statutory forms and incorporation of company.
  • Maintain and ensure that statutory records, registers are properly kept and updated on time.
  • To perform other ad-hoc secretarial duties and administrative task required by the Management from time to time.
  • Daily secretarial filings and billing

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in in Corporate Administration/ Management/ partial or full qualification of ICSA equivalent
  • Candidates with at least 3 to 5 years working experience in the company secretarial function
  • Candidates able to work independently with good interpersonal skills
