Senior Specialist, SME Deposits Acquisition

- Assist to execute overall SME Deposits Acquisition business proposition through targeted initiatives and strategies.
- Assist SL to strategize to increase Mass SME & targeted sector customers' product holdings and business transactions as the main operating account.
- Collaborate with business counterparts to ideate and provide holistic solution (beyond Deposits products) for Mass SME & targeted sectors.
- Provide feedback and work to improve on business user experience for Targeted Industry & Mass SME.
- Identify and formulate engagement, deposits retention & growth strategies.
- Provide analysis and updates current trend and opportunities in order to grow Targeted Industry & Mass SME.
- Provide adequate support and guidance to branch network (DRO, DRM, etc) for effective sales pitch.
- Manage all aspects of segment program including program approval, program roll out, briefing to front liners, readiness of marketing collateral, operational fulfilment and communication to clients.
Compliance, Audit & Risk
- Ensure strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements (Bank & BNM) in all product propositions.
- Respond and manage Audit exercise and ensure no major breach/finding.
