• Provide daily oversight and guidance to the Business Intelligence Team, ensuring effective collaboration between developers and analysts to achieve project goals.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for business intelligence projects, focusing on capability growth and alignment with evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with various business teams to gather requirements, coordinate with IT departments, and direct your team towards value-added solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Design and implement sophisticated data models tailored for utilisation by business analysts, enabling deeper insights and more informed decision-making.
• Continuously assess the organisation's BI tool stack, recommending enhancements or modifications to optimise processes and solutions through Data and AI technologies.
• Grow institutional capability in business intelligence by creating sustainable projects that support long-term success and knowledge sharing within the company.
• Oversee enterprise data warehouse operations, including implementing new data models and coordinating with subgroups to acquire necessary data for analysis.
• Develop and deliver insightful reports using Power BI or similar tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for end users across multiple departments.
• Cleanse and prepare complex datasets for consumption by business users, typically utilising Power BI Dataflows to ensure reliability and usability.
• Support monthly reporting activities, system reconciliations, documentation maintenance, revenue-related operations, gap identification in processes, and consult on best practices learned from industry experience.
