Job description:

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in effective delivery of all HR services to the respective business divisions in Anaika Collections and to partner with the businesses in all HR areas.
  • In charge of recruitment initiatives by sourcing via multiple channels including screening resumes, shortlisting, conducting interviews, assessment and administering employment documentations.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, resignation, and other staff movement reports.
  • Assist in disciplinary actions, monthly disciplinary reports, including grievances and dismissals.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support – communicating HR policies, facilitating line management towards higher employee engagement and to support operations and to achieve company's operational & strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or other related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience/
    fresh graduate
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Attention to details
  • Possess good and effective time management skills
  • Able to multitask and set priorities
  • Has excellent communication skill to encourage effective communication and team spirit between retail staff and management.
  • Build and maintain good rapport with HODs, staff and external vendors.
  • Staff to conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner in compliance with the VG Policies and Procedures
  • Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
