Job Descriptions:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Project and Construction teams in daily operations.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents including correspondence, meeting minutes, work progress reports, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Assist in the coordination of project schedules, site activities, and progress monitoring to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and document flow.
  • Monitor and follow up on material requisitions, delivery orders, and related documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (both hard and soft copies) for project records, drawings, and reports.
  • Assist in preparing project progress claims, variation orders, and other administrative reports as required.
  • Support the preparation of tender documents, quotation summaries, and submission packages.
  • Track and compile project costs, budgets, and status updates for management review.
  • Handle general office administration for the project site, including stationery, logistics, and documentation control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project documentation procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in project administration, preferably within the property development or construction industry.
  • Familiar with project documentation flow, contract administration, and site coordination.
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling project records and reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and willing to be based at project sites when required.
  • Knowledge of construction terms, project timelines, and documentation standards will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
