We are hiring two Sales Representatives based in the Klang Valley, responsible for either the Central & Northern regions or the Central & East Coast regions.

  1. Sales targeted role that involves meet-up and presentation to professionals from healthcare industry.
  2. Servicing existing customers and at the same time sourcing for new opportunities to expand company's business.
  3. Sustaining rapport with customers by making periodic visits, close follow-up, giving products demonstration / training etc.
  4. Designing, establishing, and implementing strategic sales plans to capture new opportunities and to ensure company's strong presence in the market.
  5. Quoting, negotiating price and following up on tender to achieve assigned sales target.
  6. Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Assisting superior in managing and coordinating communication and promotional programmes to strengthen position of company's products in the market.
  8. Monitoring and soliciting feedback on marketing program effectiveness, propose and take appropriate corrective actions.
  9. Periodical updates to superior on sales, sales activities, sales forecast and provide feedback from the market.
  10. Weekly planning & reporting of work schedule and activities including Continuous Medical Education (CME).
  11. Participates in all trade exhibitions, conferences, clinical workshops and other projects as determined by the Management.
  12. Conducts all business activities in accordance with company policy, ethical standards, and compliance obligations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must at least possess a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree of any field.
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in sales. Fresh graduates are welcome, on the job training will be provided.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess good communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Must possess own car and a valid driving license.
  • Must be willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation.
  • Passionate of achieving personal and team sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Disciplined, good working attitude and able to work independently
  • Knowledge / Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
