Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Group Brand & Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, marketing, and growth initiatives across our restaurant, café, and future bakery brands. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with proven F&B or hospitality branding experience, capable of scaling multiple brands while driving creative and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and refine group-wide brand architecture across restaurants, cafés, and upcoming bakery concepts.
  • Ensure each sub-brand maintains a distinct identity aligned with the group's master brand and values.
  • Lead rebranding and positioning initiatives for new acquisitions.

Marketing & Growth

  • Own the marketing roadmap across digital, offline, PR, influencer, partnerships, and loyalty programs.
  • Launch national and regional brand campaigns from concept to execution and measurement.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven performance marketing.

Brand Amplification & Awards

  • Build strategies to achieve recognition in Tatler Dining, Top Café lists, and future Michelin Guide awards.
  • Manage press relations, partnerships, and collaborations with premium lifestyle brands.

Digital & Content Direction

  • Oversee storytelling strategy across social media, content marketing, and video production.
  • Lead creative excellence, managing in-house teams and agency partners to deliver compelling brand content.

Expansion Marketing

  • Prepare go-to-market strategies for new outlet launches locally and regionally.
  • Develop acquisition brand integration plans and support investor-facing brand presentations.

Sustainability & ESG Branding

  • Embed ESG narratives into marketing initiatives, highlighting transparency, community, sustainability, and ethics.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Proven F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality branding experience; regional exposure is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking with executional excellence; ability to balance creative and commercial goals.
  • Expertise in digital trends, brand positioning, and growth marketing.
  • Bonus: experience in acquisition/integration marketing, rebranding, or venture-backed/family-grown businesses.
  • Demonstrated success in brand launches that won regional awards.
  • Passion for storytelling rooted in community, food, and experience.
