Accounts & Admin Assistant (SQL Experiance)

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting:
- Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions.
- Perform accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
- Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and receipts.
- Process payroll and expense reports.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and monthly management accounts.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents.
Administrative:
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, printing, and emailing.
- Handle general clerical duties and support other staff.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Manage and maintain company assets, facilities, and equipment.
- Answer and screen phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, such as scheduling and setting up equipment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar role is often preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
