Job Description :

  • Responsible for all tenancy related matters pertaining to property leasing including generating new leasing leads and securing tenants, reviewing and negotiating of tenancy, coordinate tenancy documents and agreements and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and payments.
  • Assist relating to the structuring of tenant mix, rental budget, methods to attain optimal occupancy rate.
  • Proactively visit tenants to understand their needs and where necessary handle all enquiries and complaints in a professional manner so as to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Display the ability to work independently, proactively solve problems based on management guidance, be detailed oriented, summarise information, and present courses of action and resolutions.
  • Responsible for managing daily leasing operation activities and ensuring all leasing reports are maintained accurately and timely.
  • Liaising handover and takeover of vacant possession and ensure all properties are in good and tenantable condition and suggest maintenance and rectification works if necessary.
  • To conduct routine inspections to the premises to ensure tenants' compliance with rental payments, house rules and fit-out standards and report for actions to be taken when necessary.
  • Manage tenancy termination and distress proceedings.
  • Prepare weekly reports on the status of leasing activities and status of each negotiation held with potential tenants and administer the tenant database.
  • Building good rapport with tenants and their various levels of management to secure their leasing commitment.
  • To perform any other duty as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate in multi-languages will be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Able to multi-task, resourceful and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
