About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Debt Collection to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reminding and assisting car dealerships with their repayment plans for business loans under Genie Financing. Your communication skills and ability to build relationships will play a key role in maintaining positive partnerships with dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with car dealerships regarding loan repayments.
  • Assist dealerships in structuring and managing their repayment plans.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance on loan terms, due dates, and penalties.
  • Maintain detailed records of communication and repayment statuses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve repayment issues promptly.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with dealerships to ensure smooth repayment processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in debt collection, customer service, or financial services is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
  • Basic understanding of business loan structures and repayment processes is an advantage.
