Sales Account Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Plan & implement effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve goals and targets.
  • Maintain existing business relationships through continuous client follow-up, responding to client inquiries, and resolving problems on their behalf.
  • To develop and generate customer interest and understand business requirements.
  • Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting, presentation, quotation, negotiation & closing sales.
  • Coordinate order taking, production, deliveries, and collection.
  • To prepare sales reports and perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management occasionally.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 2-5 years of relevant sales experience in tin plate and steel cans manufacturing preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, aggressive, and customer service-focused at all times.
  • Able to work in a challenging & fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses own transport.
  • Candidates with experience in the FMCG industry in mental packaging are an added advantage.
  • Good verbal & written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. (To liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor.
